What You’ll Need For Chocolate Covered Salted Caramel Squares

  • 5 Salted Caramel Perfect Bars
  • 6 oz. good quality chocolate, between 60-70%, chopped

Directions

First, line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Cut each perfect bar into 3 equal squares.

Next, fill a pot with water and bring it up to a simmer.

In a heatproof bowl or double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolate, and stir occasionally until smooth and melted.

Dip the salted caramel squares in the melted chocolate, letting some of the excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.

Set squares on the parchment paper and repeat with the remaining squares.

Set the caramel squares aside until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.

And lastly, enjoy!
