Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Over a double broiler, melt the chocolate. Stir often and melt as slowly and gently as possible. Remove from heat and set aside.

Return to the double broiler and melt the chopped Perfect Bars and coconut oil together, mixing vigorously until smooth. You might have to crush the Perfect Bars with a fork until a warm and cohesive peanut butter mixture is achieved. If peanut butter mixture is too thick, loosen with a tablespoon or so of coconut oil.

Next, work quickly to drizzle the dark chocolate onto the parchment paper and then drizzle with the peanut butter addition, in alternating rows. Then, drag a toothpick, chopstick, or skewer through the two to swirl it together in a decorative pattern.

Lastly, sprinkle with peanuts, pomegranates seeds, pepita seeds and coconut flakes, or other toppings to your heart’s desire! Let the bark completely cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour or place tray in the freezer to solidify quicker.

Chop the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep firm and fresh. Enjoy!

    1. That sounds delicious, Ann! So far, we have only tested the recipe with the Peanut Butter Perfect Bar, but the recipe should still work with the Almond Butter Perfect Bar. If you try it out, we’d love to hear how it goes!
