- 2 Maple Almond Perfect Bars, room temperature
- 1 cup sweet potato (or pumpkin) puree/mash
- 3/4 cup rolled oats, gluten free optional
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
