Maple Almond Perfect Bar Banana Bread
Recipe:
- 2 Maple Almond Perfect Bars, diced
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine mashed banana, eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in about 3 increments, mixing after each addition.
- Fold in diced Perfect Bars.
- Grease 2 small or 1 large loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40 minutes (large loaf) or 20 minutes (small loaves) or until knife or toothpick comes clean.
- Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
