Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies

Although classic peanut butter cookies always hit the spot, we thought they were missing the perfect touch. What makes this cookie recipe the best? An entire Peanut Butter Perfect Bar to add a creamy, flavorful taste to each bite. Go ahead, give these Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies a try!

Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 12 cookies


  • 1 Peanut Butter Perfect Bar, ground
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 & ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. With an electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy – about 3 minutes.
  3. Crumble Peanut Butter Perfect Bar into fine crumbs
  4. Add ground perfect bar and vanilla extract and mix.
  5. Add egg and mix until combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  7. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in about 3 increments, mixing after each addition.
  8. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Flatten with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Remove from sheet and let cool on a cooling rack.
  12. Enjoy!
