When our Peanut Butter Perfect Bar met coconut it was a match made in health food heaven (you know, our Coconut Peanut Butter Perfect Bar). Then, our friend Gabby from @livelaughyum turned that into coconut bliss bites, stuffed with cranberry and raspberry filling, an rolled in hemp hearts. Check out the recipe below and give it a try!
Recipe:
- 1 Coconut Peanut Butter Perfect Bar
- ¼ cup oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
- ¼ cup freeze dried raspberries
- 1 Tablespoon almond milk
- hemp hearts, for coating
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend dried cranberries and freeze dried raspberries.
- Add almond milk and blend until mixture comes together.
- Place cranberry & raspberry mixture into a separate bowl and clean our your food processor.
- Once clean, add perfect bar, oatmeal, and peanut butter.
- Blend until mixture comes together and forms a ball.
- To form the bliss bitess, take a little bit of cranberry raspberry mixture and form a small ball.
- Take peanut butter mixture and stick it around the cranberry raspberry bite to make a bigger ball.
- Roll into hemp hearts and refrigerate until firm.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve!

Hi I worked with your group way back when as you were heading down to SD from SF! You stopped into our Rheon test lab a few times and ran some tests on our Rheon machine for bars.
