Strawberry Peanut Butter Perfect Bar Smoothie Bowls
Summertime calls for smoothie bowls topped with fresh fruit and your Perfect Bar flavor of choice! Whether it’s pre or post workout, or just for lunch – give it a try! Here’s what you’ll need to make this Strawberry Peanut Butter Perfect Bar Smoothie Bowl.
Serves 2
Smoothies
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 small frozen bananas, chopped
- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup oat milk, or milk of choice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp nut butter, of choice
Toppings
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 Peanut Butter Perfect Bar, chopped into pieces
- Cashew butter or peanut butter, thinned with water + honey, for drizzling
- ½ cup dehydrated strawberries, (optional), pulsed in a blender until finely ground
Blender Time
Instructions
- Combine the frozen strawberries, raspberries, banana, oats, chia seeds, milk, honey and nut butter in a blender and process on high until very smooth, thick, and creamy.
- Transfer to bowls.
- Top smoothie bowls with sliced strawberries and Perfect Bar pieces.
- Drizzle with cashew butter mixture and sprinkle with dehydrated strawberry powder, if desired.
- Enjoy immediately!
