Chocolate Coconut & Almond Energy Balls
Recipe:
- 1 Almond Coconut Perfect Bar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter – any brand!
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a food processor, add Perfect Bar, shredded coconut, and almond butter.
- Pulse until mixture forms a ball.
- Roll into balls – should make about 4-5 balls.
- Freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth – in a microwave or stovetop.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the energy balls and freeze again for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
