This fall try swapping out that delicious iced beverage for this Warm Peanut Butter Mocha – it pairs pretty perfectly with a Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Perfect Bar with we do say so ourselves!
½ cup strong coffee (we used cold-brew)
¾ cup milk of choice (we tested oat and dairy)
2 teaspoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cordyceps mushroom powder
1 scoop collagen, optional boost
Heat coffee and milk until simmering.
Blend all ingredients until frothy and smooth.
