We couldn’t gear up for the holidays without a trip down memory lane. As a family company, Perfect Bar has been built on a foundation that dates back more than 30 years, and with that comes three decades of holidays spent together. Between Mom, Dad, 13 siblings and whole lot of holiday cheer, there was never a dull moment in the Keith household.
Don’t take our word for it, though, the older Keith kids are here to share their fondest holiday memories as we kick off their favorite season:

We love your family stories! Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas to the whole clan! It's just perfect; )
Thanks, Pete and Liz! Happy Holidays to you too!
what a tribute to your Dad,my cousin Bud.No doubt he is so proud of all of you.His passion for a healthy body, both inside and out,was obvious from a young age for him.I think the move to California had alot to do with it too. I am enjoying getting to see all his children and had it not been for facebook, most likely would not have happened.I knew Athena,Zena,Vike, when they were alot younger and a few years ago had the opportunity to meet up with Athena in Indiana.Keep up the good work,Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you.
FAMILIES ARE FOR EVER
Robyn,
I worked for Bud as a manager at several Jack LaLanne Nutrition locations in the early 70's and last spoke with Bud in the early 80's after I had moved back to Texas. He and I became good friends when I worked for him and I spent time with him & his family when I lived in southern California. Your mention of his children -- Athena, Zena and Vike is the first I've ever seen anywhere; I remember he also had a son younger than Vike named Kai who was born around 1972 or so. I lost track of Bud and read of his death in 2009. I always wondered what happened to him during the years since I last spoke to him. I now live in Carrollton, TX (Dallas suburb) and can be reached at smoothie51@verizon.net or holtkort@verizon.net .
