Aquarians will experiment with both the most cutting edge food craze or foods from the past that they sense are needed to benefit present and future generations. They may eat in a way oriented more toward saving the planet than anything else. They are usually on the cutting edge of new thought regarding food as medicine. Freshness, sustainability, and humane farming are all are important to them.

Pisceans love delicate, gentle food that is prepared simply and does not remind them of the harsher side of what is sometimes necessary to bring food to market and table. Some Pisceans may have strong cravings. They may have a sweet tooth, as they long for sweetness in all areas of life. They have emotional attachments to certain foods that remind them of important experiences.

Aries love food that can be made and eaten quickly without fuss. They can often have a meal ready before the rest of the family, who walked in the door with them, have put their things away and sat down at the table.
