Pancakes are always a good idea and the only thing better than weekend pancakes are homemade pancakes! And if you really want to step-up your flapjack game, chop of some Dark Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Perfect Bar for some added protein and deliciousness.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir to combine.
In a separate medium bowl, add the milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, and turmeric and stir to combine.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and let the batter rest for 10 minutes to thicken. Batter is ready when you start to see a few air bubbles forming throughout.
Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter onto a nonstick pan or a griddle with a little cooking oil over medium heat, and top with a few chopped pieces of Perfect Bar. When the top of each pancake begins to form air bubbles, flip the pancake and cook until the Perfect Bar pieces are lightly toasted and the pancakes are golden and crispy on the edges. Repeat with the remaining batter.
To serve, top pancakes with chopped Perfect Bar pieces and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!

Breakfast tomorrow!
A perfect way to start the day!
Worth a try, but that is too many pancakes for one person. Can the recipe be cut down?
Absolutely! We'd recommend cutting it in half to start.
