On any given day, onlookers can catch surfers, kite boarders, skim boarders and stand-up paddleboarders competing for waves. But there’s been something brewing in the briny sea that’s bringing these two worlds – surfing and stand-up paddleboarding – together as one. Intrigued? We were!
Perfect Bar Athlete Dustin Fiero, a legacy San Diego City lifeguard, big-wave surfer and, most recently, prone paddleboarder, is a information hub for this growing sport that shares deep roots amongst locals and old school waterman alike.
