Crust:
2-3 Perfect Bars for the crust
Filling:
2 cups Raw Cashews
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
Sprinkle with cinnamon at the end!
Instructions:
- Crush 2-3 Perfect Bars into a lined dish
- Next, add 2 cups of raw cashews, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/4 tsp salt into a food processor
- Dish the delicious mixture onto the Perfect Bar crust and refrigerate for two hours
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, cut into squares and enjoy!
